“The Mailpiece offers to sell matter that the addressee has determined to be erotically arousing or sexually provocative…Please be aware that the US Postal Service is required by law to issue this order based on the reciptient’s request. This office may not make an independent assessment of whether the mailpiece is “erotically arousing or sexually provocative.” This is left up to the sole discretion of the customer.”
